Challenges

It is said that you can find gold if you search in stones, it is difficult to get leads and even more difficult is to get quality leads. The challenges with the system came when the leads were being generated but were not of the optimal quality and were not qualified for the sales. We at The Virtual Wiz ensure that the leads that get to you are quality leads that can be future buyers. With multiple systems laid out in place, tested and proved, help us to filter out people whom we can label as good leads or qualified leads. With the system being tested and analysed daily, we tend to optimise it further so with every lead that gets into the system, it turns out to be the best quality lead that we can provide to the client.


It is said that the first obstacle or hurdle is the hardest and once that gets cleared it becomes easier to clear other obstacles, the same was the case with the system. With the first hurdle to get qualified leads we added multiple filters in place and we targeted only interested people, and we're looking for homes in the past few days. We ensure that when we try and find leads we classify leads into multiple stages based on the questionnaires they fill and then filter out the leads based on the form filled.


Once we classify the leads as not qualified, partially qualified and qualified, we add the leads in the pretested and automated Email and SMS campaigns, ensuring that they are well followed up and have access to everything before they book an appointment with Karla. Once everything was set up and booking was done, the leads were getting the appointment's reminders and things that are needed during the appointment.


Results

In the past 8 months, we have generated 1000+ qualified leads for Karla and in the past 8 months, we were able to generate leads that were qualified enough to be Karla's next closing. As of now, the client has 2 under contracts in progress and 4 closings, selling homes around 1.2 Million Dollars in value alone in the last 3 months.
